Cancellations for private birding tours and private photography workshops are accepted up to 5 days in advance with a full refund. Between 5 days and 48 hours in advance, a 75% refund will be issued, or the activity can be rescheduled for another available date at no additional cost. For cancellations 24-48 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued, or the activity can be re-booked at a later date with a 25% additional charge. For Birding 101 and image processing workshops, cancellations will be issued a full refund up to 48 hours in advance. Between 24 and 48 hours in advance, a 75% refund will be issued, or the activity can be rescheduled for another available date at no additional cost.
